3.9. Award of Contract to Doan and Hartwig Water Systems, Inc. for purchase and\ninstallation of mixers at Reservoirs 5, 8, and 10; and finding of CEQA exemption.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the contract with Doan and Hartwig Water Systems, Inc. in the amount of\n$67,456 representing an original bid amount of $61,324, plus a 10% contingency of\n$6,132 for purchase and installation of mixers at Reservoirs 5, 8, and 10; and\nauthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.\n2.
