7.2. Public Hearing to consider the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Action for use of\nCommunity Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships\nFunding.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the draft Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan and authorize the City\nManager or his designee to execute the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Memorandum of\nUnderstanding with City departments, subrecipient agreements with non -profit\nagencies, and all related U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development\ndocuments.\n2.
