D. Consideration and possible action to amend an existing professional service\nagreement with Renne Public Policy Group (RPPG) for state lobbying\nservices. (Bright)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with RPPG to increase the contract sum by $56,000, thereby\nincreasing the not-to-exceed total agreement amount from $56,000 to\n$112,000 and extending the term by one year for state lobbying services; and,\n2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
