F. Consideration and possible action to authorize Amendment No. 1 to a\nprofessional services agreement with McGee Surveying Consulting to perform\nlandslide movement surveys. (Dragoo)\nRecommendation: 1) Authorize Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Michael R. McGee, PLS, dba McGee Surveying\nConsulting, increasing the contract sum by $19,020 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $44,019 for landslide movement surveys and associated reports,\nwith a 15% contingency of $2,850; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the\nagreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
