h) REPORT APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE\n24-0175 LOS ANGELES COUNTY LIBRARY FOR\nLANDSCAPE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE\n(Public Works Director Joe SanClemente)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve an agreement with the Los Angeles (LA) County Library to provide landscape\nand grounds maintenance services (Attachment 1) in the amount not to exceed\n$38,458.80 for a five-year term; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the agreement subject to\napproval by the City Attorney.
