Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Golden Meters Service, Inc., to provide\nservices to complete the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions, City Project No. 724-WTR as\nnecessary to meet new Federal requirements, in an amount not-to-exceed $683,000;\nb. Appropriating $683,000 in Water Funds to fully fund the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions, City\nProject No. 724-WTR; and\nc.
