3. Consider Appeal of the Planning Commission’s denial of a zone change request\nFollowing the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Upholding the action taken by the Planning Commission at its April 16, 2024, meeting, by\nadopting a Resolution attached hereto;\nb. Or, in the alternative, reversing the Planning Commission action by adopting a Resolution\nattached hereto, which is a Resolution of Intent to adopt an ordinance amending the City's Zoning\nCode to remove certain restrictions on the size and location of warehouses in the City's Urban\nMixed Use and Commercial Industrial zones; or\nc.
