CONTRACT RENEWAL OF BUILDING PLAN REVIEW, BUILDING\nINSPECTION, AND PERMIT-RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - Contract\nrenewals for JAS Pacific, Scott Fazekas & Associates, Interwest Consulting Group, and\nTRB and Associates for building plan review, building inspection, and permit-related\nprofessional services.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve one-year contract renewals for JAS Pacific, Scott Fazekas & Associates,\nInterwest Consulting Group, and TRB and Associates for building plan review,\nbuilding inspection, and permit-related professional services for a combined total\nannual amount not to exceed $500,000, effective Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the City Council in the\nannual budget for such fiscal year, subject to City Attorney approval.
