CONTRACT FOR SOFTWARE LICENSING AND SUPPORT FOR THE CITY'S\nTRANSIT INFORMATION NETWORK - Award a contract to Connexionz for the\nsoftware and support of the City of Santa Clarita's Transit tracking and real-time arrival\ninformation for a three-year term.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Award a three-year contract in an amount not to exceed $551,127 to Connexionz for\nthe software licensing and support of the City of Santa Clarita's Transit Information\nNetwork.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, or modify the award in the event that issues of impossibility of\nperformance arise, subject to City Attorney approval.
