7. Consideration of Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement between Western Water Works Supply\nCompany and the City of Glendora dated June 25, 2019, for Water Line Parts and Supplies in an\namount not to exceed $250,000 per Fiscal Year\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement with Western Water\nWorks Supply Company for the purchase of water line parts and supplies, increasing the “total\ncompensation” to $250,000 per fiscal year beginning FY 2023/24, and extending the term of the\nagreement through June 30, 2025; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\nAmendment No. 5, including minimal and/or non-substantive changes.
