CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION A Closed Session will\nbe held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(c), (d)(2), and (e)(1) because a point has been\nreached where, in the opinion of the City Council, on the advice of the City Attorney, based on\nexisting facts and circumstances there is a significant exposure to litigation against the City in one\ncase, where the facts and circumstances giving rise to an exposure to litigation are believed to be\nunknown to the putative plaintiffs.
