Consideration and possible action to authorize a professional services\nagreement with Dudek, Inc. for the preparation of compliance measures\nrelated to the City’s 2021-2029 Housing Element Update. (Silva)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with\nDudek, Inc. for a term of three years and at a total contract sum of $366,000,\nthat is not to exceed $122,000 annually, for the preparation of compliance\nmeasures related to the City's 2021-2029 Housing Element Update; and, 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the professional services\nagreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
