CONSIDER ADOPTING RESOLUTIONS RELATED TO THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024 GENERAL\nMUNICIPAL ELECTION\nCEQA: Not a Project.\nRecommended Action:\nAdopt a Resolution calling and giving notice of holding a regular municipal election on\nTuesday, November 5, 2024 for the election of certain officers as required by the provisions of\nthe laws of the state of California relating to General Law cities and requesting the Board of\nSupervisors of the County of San Bernardino to consent to the consolidation of the general\nmunicipal election of the City of Upland with the statewide general election to be held on the\nsame date pursuant to Elections Code Section 10403; and adopt a Resolution establishing\nregulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidates statements submitted to\nthe voters at an election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
