Item No. 22. 2023-0076 CONSIDER AWARDING A PURCHASE ORDER TO\nTURF STAR WESTERN FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nONE NEW TORO PROCORE SR70-S TURF AERATOR\nFOR THE PUBLIC WORKS OPERATIONS DIVISION\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. WAIVE the formal bidding procedures as defined by the Carson\nMunicipal Code, Section 2610; and\n2.
