PRESENTATION AND ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED OPERATING &\nCAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. R-24-\n17, adopting the Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25, adopt\nResolution No. R-24-19, amending Resolution No. R-21-10 to include Fee S-073\nBus/Van/Valet Parking Permits, adopt Resolution No. R-24-14, adopting the Salary\nSchedule for FY 2024-2025, and adopt Resolution No. R-24-15, approving new job\nclassifications/specifications for the position of part-time Special Projects Coordinator.\nIf the Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to adopt (1) Resolution No. R-24-17, Adopting the Operating and Capital\nBudget for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 and Appropriating the Amounts Specified therein\nfrom the Funds and for the Purposes Indicated; (2) Resolution No. R-24-19 amending\nResolution No. R-21-10 to Include Fee S-073 Bus/Van/Valet Parking Permits; (3)\nResolution No. R-24-14, Adopting the Salary Schedule for FY 2024-2025; and (4)\nResolution No. R-24-15, Approving New Job Classifications/Specifications for the\nPosition of Part-Time Special Projects Coordinator.”
