Old Town La Verne Business Improvement District - Affirming Annual Report and Levying\nAssessments The City Council adopted the Annual Report for the Old Town La Verne Business\nImprovement District and declared its intention to hold a public hearing declaring its intention to\nlevy an annual assessment for fiscal year 2024-2025 at their May 20, 2024 meeting. This public\nhearing will be held to accept any protests of the levying of the annual assessments.\nRecommendation: That the City Council conduct the public hearing, accept any protests,\noverride any such protests, and adopt the attached Resolution affirming the Annual Report and\nlevy the annual assessments.\nOTHER MATTERS
