ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS PERTAINING TO THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024 GENERAL\nMUNICIPAL ELECTION AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO RENDER FULL SERVICES TO THE CITY RELATING TO\nTHE CONDUCT OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY,\nNOVEMBER 5, 2024, WITH THE STATEWIDE GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE\nDATE PURSUANT TO § 10403 OF THE ELECTIONS CODE.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2024-C29, calling for the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on\nTuesday, November 5, 2024, for the election of certain officers as required by the provisions of the laws of\nthe State of California relating to General Law Cities; Adopt Resolution No. 2024-C30, requesting the\nBoard of Supervisors of the County Los Angeles to render full services to the City relating to the conduct of\na General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024; and Adopt Resolution No. 2024-\nC31, adopting regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidates statements submitted to\nthe voters at the General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.\nTotal Cost: $110,000 Is the cost of this item budgeted?
