Expenditure:\n$128,703 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Fire Chief that City Council:\n1) Accept and appropriate a grant award in the amount of $128,703 from the State of\nCalifornia - Office of Traffic Safety for the Child Passenger Safety Program for a\none-year period beginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2023; and\n2) Approve a contract services agreement with Safety Belt Safe U.S.A. of Altadena, CA\nin the amount of $128,703 to implement the Office of Traffic Safety Occupant\nProtection Grant for the Child Passenger Safety Program for a one-year period\nbeginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2023.
