K. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION FOR RENEWED MEASURE M2\nANNUAL FUNDING ELIGIBILITY - FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-87, which will:\n1. Approve and adopt the 2024 Measure M2 Seven-Year Capital Improvement\nProgram for Fiscal Years 2024-25 through 2030-2031.\n2. Authorize and direct the Public Works Director/City Engineer to submit\nMeasure M2 funding eligibility requirements on behalf of the City of San\nClemente to the Orange County Transportation Authority and take all actions\nnecessary and proper to obtain Measure M2 funding for Fiscal Year 2024-\n2025.
