E. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - FLEET MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution 24-81 which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C14-22, by and between the City of San Clemente and First\nVehicle Services, formally exercising the five (5)-year extension option,\nwith an annual cost for FY 2023-24 of $570,000 with future years adjusted\nby the consumer price index per the terms of the Agreement.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to exercise future options with\npricing not to exceed the annual consumer price index (CPI) adjustment.
