Agreement with Townsend Public Affairs for Legislative Advocacy Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a\nprofessional services agreement with Townsend Public Affairs (Attachment A) to\nprovide state and federal legislative advocacy services for an initial three-year\nperiod effective June 3, 2024, through June 2, 2027; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement and any subsequent extensions allowed for\nunder the Agreement based on satisfactory performance.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 401-7, 401-8, 406-1
