PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2024-25 AND FISCAL YEAR 2025-26\nPublic Hearing to consider adopting the City of San Clemente proposed\nbudget for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26.\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-78 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA,\nADOPTING AND APPROVING THE BUDGET AT THE FUND LEVEL\nFOR THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE MUNICIPAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL\nYEARS 2024-25 AND 2025-26 AND THE COMMITMENT OF FUND\nBALANCE.\n2. Direct the City Manager to prepare an Agenda Report addressing the\nEmergency Services position with recommendations to best meet the\nservice needs related to this position.\n3. Direct the City Manager to prepare an Agenda Report in conjunction with\nthe City Treasurer for the consideration of participation in a Section 115\nTrust for the funding of future pension contributions.
