Adopt a resolution authorizing the Issuance of the\nSanta Ana Financing Authority’s Water of Santa Ana Water Revenue Bonds,\nSeries 2024 (“the Bonds”)\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION\nAND DELIVERY BY THE CITY OF A MASTER INSTALLMENT PURCHASE\nAGREEMENT, A FIRST SUPPLEMENT TO MASTER INSTALLMENT\nPURCHASE AGREEMENT, AN ESCROW AGREEMENT, A CONTINUING\nDISCLOSURE CERTIFICATE AND A PURCHASE CONTRACT IN\nCONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF SANTA ANA PUBLIC FINANCING\nAUTHORITY WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2024, APPROVING THE\nISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT\nOF NOT TO EXCEED $47,000,000, AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION OF\nAN OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFERING AND\nSALE OF SUCH BONDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF\nNECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND CERTIFICATES AND RELATED\nACTIONS.\n2.
