5.1. Annexation of Territory commonly known as Rancho Madrina into Community\nFacilities District No. 2020-1, Submitting the Levy of Special Tax to the Qualified\nElectors, Declaring Results of the Election, and Authorizing the Levy of Special\nTaxes for Annexation No. 12\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council hold the Public Hearing related to the\nAnnexation of Territory into CFD 2020-1. Adopt Resolution No. 3964, calling a\nSpecial Election and authorizing the annexation of territory into CFD 2020-1 and\nthe levy of a Special Tax, and submitting the levy of Special Tax to the Qualified\nElectors. Call upon the City Clerk to conduct the Special Annexation Landowner\nElection. Adopt Resolution No. 3965, declaring the results of a Special\nAnnexation Landowner Election and directing the recording of an amended\nNotice of Special Tax Lien. Introduce Ordinance No. 23-01, levying a Special\nTax within CFD 2020-1, including Annexation No. 12, for a first reading:\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN\nJACINTO AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF SPECIAL TAXES IN A\nCOMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT, INCLUDING CERTAIN\nANNEXATION TERRITORY IDENTIFIED AS ANNEXATION NO. 12\n(TAX ZONE NO. 13), INTO SAN JACINTO COMMUNITY FACILITIES\nDISTRICT NO. 2020-1.\nDepartment: Finance
