Professional Services Agreement for Citywide\nClassification Specification and Compensation Study Fiscal\nImpact: Expense: $117,700 (101512-6099) Total\nContract Not-To-Exceed Amount\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with MGT\nof America Consulting, LLC (MGT) for a Citywide\nClassification Specification and Compensation Study,\nin an amount not-to-exceed $107,000; and\n2) Authorize the City Administrator to approve any\ncontract term extensions based on performance and\namendments up to 10% of the contract not-to-exceed\namount, or $10,700; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator to execute the\nnecessary documents, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nStaff Report\nAgreement with MGT of America
