5. 24-422 Approve the appointments of Delaine Bailey, Kristine Carroll, Ellen\nKuhnert, Christian Meyer, Ann Palmer, Patricia Pappas, Joe Pena,\nBrooke Stewart, and Dixie Walters to the City Celebration\nCommittee as recommended by City Council Liaisons Casey\nMcKeon and Tony Strickland\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the appointments of Delaine Bailey, Kristine Carroll, Ellen Kuhnert, Christian\nMeyer, Ann Palmer, Patricia Pappas, Joe Pena, Brooke Stewart, and Dixie Walters to the\nCity Celebration Committee. Committee members will serve until their respective\nsuccessors are appointed and qualified. The Council Liaison has the power to\nrecommend replacement members for any vacancies.
