14.6 Consideration and Approval of the Purchase of Munis Enterprise Resource Planning\nFinancial Management Software Solution from Tyler Technologies, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the Finance staff to negotiate and the Finance Director to execute\nthe contract for Tyler Technologies, Inc. Financial System Munis, Enterprise Resource\nPlanning in an amount not-to-exceed $1,991,933;\n2. Authorize an increase in appropriations in the General Fund Budget for FY 2023-2024 in\nthe amount of $300,000; and\n3.
