Resolution Authorizing the Temporary Suspension of\nRegulatory Ordinance Pertaining to the Operation of the\nCalifornia Celtic Festival Fundraiser Event on Saturday,\nJune 15, 2024 and Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Kraemer\nMemorial Park (Continued from 5/21/24 meeting) Fiscal\nImpact: $7,128 (Staff Costs)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a facility rental/use agreement with the\nCalifornia Celtic Festival to host the annual “Lovers of\nCeltic Culture” fundraiser event at Kraemer Memorial\nPark and authorize the City Administrator or designee\nto execute all applicable documents; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. R-2024-31, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia Authorizing the\nTemporary Suspension of Regulatory Sections\n10.28.010 and 23.76.050 of the Placentia Municipal\nCode for the operation of the “Lovers of Celtic\nCulture” fundraiser event on June 15, 2024 from\n12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on June 16, 2024 from\n12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kraemer Memorial Park\nlocated at 201 N.
