17. 24-393 Adopt Resolution No. 2024-15 concerning the status and update of\nthe Pavement Management Plan for the Measure M2 Program, and\nadopt a 7-year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years\n2024/2025 through 2030/2031 to comply with renewed Measure M\neligibility requirements\nRecommended Action:\nA) Adopt Resolution No. 2024-15 , “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nHuntington Beach Concerning the Status and Update of the Pavement Management Plan\nfor the Measure M2 Program”; and,\nB) Adopt the 7-year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2024/2025 through\n2030/2031 to comply with renewed Measure M eligibility requirements.
