Item No. 23. 2023-0093 CONSIDER AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION\nCONTRACT TO TK ELEVATOR CORPORATION FOR\nPROJECT NO. 1720 - MODERNIZATION OF THE\nCOMMUNITY CENTER ELEVATOR\nRecommendation: 1. AWARD a Construction Contract to TK Elevator Corporation for\nProject No. 1720 - Modernization of the Community Center\nElevator, for a not-to-exceed amount of $194,701.53.\n2. AUTHORIZE the expenditure of construction contingencies in\nthe amount of $29,205 (15%) for any unforeseen construction work\nand other work that may be necessary to complete this project.\n3.
