15. 24-387 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize\nexecution of a construction contract with RJ Noble in the amount of\n$4,046,298.55 for the FY 23/24 Arterial Rehabilitation Project, CC-1741\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by RJ Noble in the\namount of $4,046,298.55 (Base Bid + Alternative Bid); and,\nB) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
