13. 24-405 Approve and authorize execution of a five-year License Agreement\nwith Southern California Edison Company for public parkland located\nat LeBard Park\nRecommended Action:\nApprove the License Agreement with Southern California Edison for the use of the 2.02\nacres of property commonly known as LeBard Park, Contract No. 9.2480 and authorize\nthe Mayor and City Clerk to execute any and all documents necessary to conclude this\ntransaction.\nCommunity Development
