Item No. 26. 2023-0096 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ADL PLANNING, INC.\nFOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR PROJECT NO. 1726:\nCOMMUNITY CENTER COURTYARD\nRecommendation: Take the following actions:\n1. APPROVE a Professional Service Agreement with ADL\nPlanning, Inc. for professional landscape architectural and\nengineering services to complete the plans, specifications, and\nestimates (PS&E) for Project No. 1726: Community Center\nCourtyard, for a not-to-exceed amount of $182,353.00.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Agreement with ADL Planning Community Center\nConceptual Plan_Community Center\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY: (Item 27)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once\n(excepting applicants who are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
