5. Award Professional Services Agreement for Independent Auditing Services\nwith CliftonLarsonAllen LLP\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Professional Services Agreement for Independent Auditing\nServices with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for Fiscal Years 2023-2024, 2024-\n2025, and 2025-2026, subject to extension administratively for two\nadditional one-year periods.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement and future amendments to the agreement for Independent\nAuditing Services with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes.
