Consider and approve a Contract Services Agreement with iNX Building Maintenance\nSolutions, Inc. for Citywide Janitorial Services at City Hall East, City Hall West, City Yard,\nSenior Center, Community Center, and Aquatic Center for an amount of $170,000\nannually, with options to increase based on labor negotiations not-to-exceed 10%\nannually unless authorized by the City Council;\n2. Consider and approve a Contract Services Agreement with iNX Building Maintenance\nSolutions, Inc. for Citywide Janitorial Services at various Police Department Buildings for\nan amount of $112,000 annually, with options to increase based on labor negotiations\nnot-to-exceed 10% annually unless authorized by the City Council;\n3.
