Item No. 11. 2023-0113 CONSIDER APPROVAL AND RATIFICATION OF\nAMENDMENT NO. 4 TO CITY OF CARSON TOWING\nAND STORAGE NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE\nAGREEMENT WITH KAM'S AUTOMOTIVE, INC.,\nDOING BUSINESS AS FALCON TOWING, AND\nAPPROVAL AND RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT\nNO. 2 TO THE CITY OF CARSON TOWING AND\nSTORAGE NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE\nAGREEMENT WITH KRUGER TOWING, INC. FOR\nTOWING AND STORAGE SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE and RATIFY Amendment No. 4 to City of Carson\nTowing and Storage Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreement with\nKam's Automotive, Inc. doing business as Falcon Towing\nextending the term to March 31, 2023; AND\n2. APPROVE and RATIFY Amendment No.2 to City of Carson\nTowing and Storage Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreement with\nKruger Towing, Inc. for towing and storage services extending the\nterm to March 31, 2023; AND\n3. APPROVE, AUTHORIZE and RATIFY execution of Amendment\nNo. 4 and Amendment No. 2 by the City Manager after approval as\nto form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Amendment No. 4 to Towing Franchise Agreement (Falcon Towing)\nAmendment No. 2 to Towing Franchise Agreement (Kruger Towing)
