12.13 Consideration and Approval of a First Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Sirius Environmental to Provide Environmental Review and Contract\nPlanning Services for the Proposed Affordable Housing and Mixed-Use Development\nof the MacLaren Hall Property Owned by the County of Los Angeles, Located at 4024\nDurfee Avenue.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Sirius\nEnvironmental to increase the Agreement amount from $255,185 by an additional\n$96,931 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $352,116, to provide environmental review\nand contract planning services for the proposed affordable housing and mixed-use\ndevelopment of the MacLaren Hall property owned by the County of Los Angeles, located\nat 4024 Durfee; and\n2.
