APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR\nCROSSING GUARD SERVICES\nThe City Council is requested to approve the agreement to continue crossing\nguard services throughout the city.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve the agreement with All City Management Services (ACMS) for\ncrossing guard services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 (Attachment “A”) and FY\n2024-25 (Attachment “B”) with option to renew annually for up to three years;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
