22. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR CATCH BASIN MAINTENANCE WITH RON’S\nMAINTENANCE, INC. (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve an agreement with Ron's Maintenance, Inc., for catch basin inspection\nand cleaning, for a period of three years with two one-year renewal options for a\nnot-to-exceed annual amount of $109,080.00; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
