24. 24-53474 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute an agreement, and any necessary documents including any subsequent\namendments, with the County of Los Angeles, CA, for the South Street Traffic\nSignal Synchronization Project to modify and synchronize the traffic signals along\nSouth Street from Atlantic Boulevard to Studebaker Road in a total amount not to\nexceed $627,200, for a period of two years with the option to renew for three\nadditional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager.
