27. 24-53551 Recommendation to request City Manager, through the Governmental Affairs team\nand in coordination with the City Prosecutor, Police Department, and Health and\nHuman Services Department, provide an overview of proposed legislation that\nserves to address retail theft, drug use, and “smash and grab” crimes in California,\nwithin 30 days.
