12) A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS TO CONTINUE MAINTENANCE\nOF THE CITY’S STREETLIGHTS, CONFIRMING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT, AND APPROVING\nTHE FINAL ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING\nASSESSMENT DISTRICT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Conduct a public hearing by following the attached Order of Procedure;\nb.
