6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE MODIFICATIONS TO PHASE 3, ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING\nPROJECT, JOB NO. 7621, PLAN NO. P-743\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve modifications to the scope of work for Phase 3, Annual Street Resurfacing Project,\nJob No. 7621, Plan No. P-743 to remove Macneil Street between Third Street and Library\nStreet and substitute with Park Avenue between First Street and Fourth Street; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract amendment, and all related documents,\nto effectuate the revised scope.
