7. Re-introduce Ordinance No. 2966 – A request to re-introduce an ordinance amending\nTitle 17 (Subdivision Regulations) of the Redlands Municipal Code, Chapter 17.17\n(Improvements), to modify the criteria and requirements for undergrounding utilities, that\nare applicable to subdivisions and development projects, and to create certain categories\nof parcels or development projects that will be exempt from the undergrounding\nrequirement. The proposal is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines (Development Services Director Desatnik)
