1. Vacation/Abandonment of Offers of Dedication at the Southern California Logistics\nAirport\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a public hearing to consider the vacation of easements on\nSouthern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) property;\n(2) Hear evidence offered by persons interested in the vacation;\n(3) Find the dedication vacation not subject to environmental review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n(4) Adopt Resolution No. 24-039 vacating the dedications, as described and\ndepicted by the exhibits attached thereto, and ordering the recordation of the same.
