5.4 CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NCE, INC. FOR AREAS\n3, 4, AND 5 RESIDENTIAL AND COLLECTOR STREETS\nREHABILITATION, ARTERIAL STREETS REHABILITATION, AND\nAREAS 3, 4, AND 5 NEIGHBORHOOD ADA CURB RAMPS\nIMPROVEMENTS DESIGN, CIP PROJECT NO. SI23101\nRecommended Action:\nA. Determine that approval of the design services agreement for the\nproposed project is not subject to environmental review under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines Article 18, Section 15262; and\nB. Approve, and authorize the Mayor to sign, the Consulting Services\nAgreement with NCE, Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of $361,950, plus\na contingency amount of $18,050, for a total authorization amount of\n$380,000.\nRequested by: Public Works Department
