NEW BUSINESS\n NB 1. Adopting Regulations Regarding the Use of the City of Covina Skate Park and Making\n a Determination of Exemption Under CEQA; Adoption of Urgency Ordinance 24-02 and\n Introduction of Ordinance 24-03\n Staff Recommendation:\n That the City Council:\n\n 1. Waive full reading and adopt Urgency Ordinance 24-02 , Amending Sections\n 9.48.010 and 9.48.075 and Adding Section 9.48.077 to Title 9 of the Covina\n Municipal Code Updating Definitions and Establishing Regulations for the use of\n the Covina Skate Park Consistent with California Health & Safety Code Section\n 115800, Declaring the Urgency Thereof, and Making a Determination of Exemption\n from CEQA;\n 2. Waive Full Reading and Introduce Ordinance 24-03, Amending Sections 9.48.010\n and 9.48.075 and Adding Section 9.48.077 to Title 9 of the Covina Municipal Code\n Updating Definitions and Establishing Regulations for the Use of the Covina Skate\n Park Consistent with California Health & Safety Code Section 115800 and Making a\n Determination of Exemption From CEQA.
