8.\nAccept Construction Improvements and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of\nCompletion for City Project, CIP 21-199 Traffic Signal Improvements at\nVineland and Merced Avenue\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the construction improvements by Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc\nof Chino, CA and authorize the recordation of a Notice of\nCompletion for City Project No. CIP 21-199 – Traffic Signal\nImprovements at Vineland and Merced Avenue; and\n2. Authorize the release of retention funds in the amount of up to\n$26,190.34 to Elecnor Belco Electric upon the expiration of 35-day\nnotice period.
