Conduct the public hearing and consider all testimony that may be forthcoming;\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2024-31 adopting the City of Covina budget for July 1, 2024\nthrough June 30, 2025;\n3. Adopt Resolution SA 2024-01 adopting the operating budget for the City of Covina\nSuccessor Agency for July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and\n4. Adopt Resolution CC 2024-32 adopting the Fiscal year 2025-2029 Capital\nImprovement Program and the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program\nBudget.
