UPDATE REGARDING THE SATURN PARK ADVISORY AND RECOMMENDATION\nCOMMITTEE (SPARC) AND NEXT STEPS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing this report;\n(2) Directing the City Manager and City Attorney to prepare documents needed to consider\nadopting a moratorium for development in Saturn Park during the time that the SPARC\nconsiders land use regulations; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
